Fire Risk Assessments

A fire risk assessment is a legal requirement for all non-domestic premises, houses in multiple occupation (HMO), and for the communal areas of residential premises with two or more units of accommodation.

At Thanet Fire Safety Ltd we carry out high quality fire risk assessments across a range of low, medium and high risk premises.

Thanet Fire Safety Ltd's fire risk assessors are all experienced former fire safety enforcing officers of a local authority fire and rescue service, who possess some of the highest awarding fire safety qualifications available.

Additionally, our fire risk assessors are members of the Institute of Fire Safety Managers (IFSM) and/ or the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE), and invited, following an extensive application process including submission of competence, CPD, resume, portfolio of work and interview, onto their respective publicly viewable national fire risk assessors' registers. All hold Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurances and are DB checked.
